Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Days: 5 day work week, Monday - Friday

Working hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm, 5 day work week.

Salary : S$3000-S$3500 per month

Job Responsibilities

-Attend to client’s sales inquiries and aid in preparing sales orders/quotations.

-Manage customers’ orders and expedite shipments to meet monthly sales targets.

-Generate Delivery Orders and Tax invoices for customers.

-Deliver prompt, high-quality customer service.

-Ensure accuracy of product information in the warehouse system (e.g., part number, pricing, quantity, etc.).

-Compile weekly and month-end closing sales data and reports.

-Coordinate with vendors to schedule shipping and ensure timely delivery of goods.

-Coordinate delivery schedules between customers and vendors.  Supervise warehouse operations.

-Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct periodic physical stock-take processes.

-Fulfill other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.

Responsibilities:1. Proficient in social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu and Douyin.2. Responsible for the positioning, design, and content of the company's accounts.3. Skilled in copywriting, scriptwriting, and basic graphic design.4. Familiar with operations and promotions to acquire effective online customers.5.
