Job Description:

As a Marketing and Business Development Intern, your role will have a strong focus on lead hunting, lead management, and nurturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation

• Identify high-value opportunities by monitoring government tenders, financial institution projects, and consultancy collaborations.
• Compile potential leads in emerging markets (E.g. 2nd-tier cities and sectors like real estate and tourism)
• Targeted cold email outreach to authorities and new industries

2. Lead Management and Nurturing

• Develop structured follow-up processes to ensure timely and effective lead handling
• Develop a dashboard to monitor and track lead activity and follow-up
• Support nurturing campaigns to move prospects along the customer journey using tailored content

3. Targeted Marketing Campaigns

• Assist in creating and localizing product-specific marketing emails and campaigns
• Manage content for key communication channels, including Telegram and LinkedIn

Who we are looking for

• Ideally pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Civil Engineering
• Capable of crafting engaging marketing content and interpreting data to improve performance of campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks while being meticulous
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel will be a valuable advantage

Requirements

• Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months
