The Right Profile

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist who excels in optimizing performance marketing campaigns and driving user growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a passion for creating impactful marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. You should be comfortable navigating multiple online marketing platforms, experimenting with innovative approaches and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills and a knack for translating insights into actionable strategies will set you apart in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition through performance marketing channels such as search, display, the website, app and other innovative channels.
• Manage channel activities to meet business objectives such as ROI and user growth targets.
• Design, plan and execute tests on optimization levers such as targeting, creatives, campaign structures, landing pages.
• Manage and optimize Syfe’s website for better conversion.
• Collaborate with a wider marketing team on integrated marketing campaigns.
• Support team with insights from conducting market and user analysis.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least two years of direct experience working with online marketing platforms preferred.
• Highly analytical with strong numerical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communicator who can formulate ideas and structure findings.
• A self-starter, fast learner with a can-do attitude.
• Experience with WordPress or Webflow is a plus.

Responsibilities -

• Partnership and Sponsorship Management:

1. Identify, qualify, and manage leads.
2. Maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
3. Support to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations for clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

• Market Research & Insight Development:

1. Collaborate with the BD Manager to implement strategies aimed at meeting sales and revenue targets.
2. Managing partnership, ensuring prompt follow-ups and effective communication.
3. Track sales performance and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.

• Client Relationship Management:

1. Handle extended portfolio/verticals of clients, partners and key clients.
2. Act as a point of contact for clients, helping to address their inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
3. Assist in managing client expectations, resolving problems, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Corporate Communications:

1. Coordinate with external PR agencies to input relevant contents to website

• Collaboration with inter-departments:

1. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support the execution of business development strategies.
2. Provide insights and feedback from clients and market research to help refine product offerings and marketing campaigns.
3. Ensure proper communication and collaboration between departments for seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

• Market Research and Analysis:

1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.
2. Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings to support decision-making processes.

Requirements -

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing & communication and market research
• Hands-on experience in BD or project execution
• Experience in managing projects from planning to execution
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong in spoken & written English
