Job Purpose

This role is to lead the ICE Fixed Income & Data Services Commercial team in Singapore covering South Asia, grow the book of business and manage a team of sales professionals. The role directly reports to the Senior Director, Sales - APAC. ICE Fixed Income & Data Services. The candidate will lead from the front and directly impact the future growth of the business through their strong leadership skills, communication, collaborations, sales experience and industry network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for South Asia
• Support and coach the team in deal creation/progression/closing, complex sales and negotiations

Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the PCB or Electronics Assembly industry, with a proven track record of leadership in commercial roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC), Printed Circuit Board, and Electronics Assembly; expertise in Polyimide Film and Flexible Copper Clad Laminator (FCCL) is advantageous.
