Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients by leveraging networks within the targeted market and secure new business opportunities
• Lead the entire sales process, including understanding prospect needs, preparing pitches, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals
• Prospect, acquire and grow new Bossjob client accounts
• Develop deep expertise in our business product, processes and operations, and stay current with industry news
• Attend key industry events and conferences
• Oversee pre-sales and post-sales follow up; ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in recruitment industry
• Proven experience with lead generation and prospect management
• Experience with SaaS products is an advantage
• Exceptional presentation skills and/or public speaking experience
• Initiative and good communication skill
• Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach, with a focus on building sustainable client partnerships
• Target-driven with a track record of thriving in a dynamic environment
