• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through a personalized journey to select their perfect gown and accessories.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Cultivate long-term connections with clients to inspire loyalty and referrals.
• Maintain a VIP client roster and nurture these relationships through impeccable follow-up.

4. Operational Excellence:

• Proven experience 5-7 years in front facing sales experience.
