• Location: Toa Payoh
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist to brainstorm trade marketing strategies with sales and brand teams.
• Working with external agency to create and develop promotional and marketing materials that are align with the brand and retailer guidelines.
• Coordinate with brand and sales team on execution.
• Conduct market visits regularly to monitor competitor activities and strategized marketing plans with the team.
• Assist with monthly marketing budgeting reports and filling.
• Assisting with market surveys
• Review promotions executive to ensure profitability.
• Other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar capacity will be a plus
• Willing to travel within Singapore to conduct store visits
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Comfortable with market data analysis (AC Nielsen, Internal Sales Data)
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.

Marketing Executive

• Salary : SGD3,500 - SGD 4,000
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm
  (once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm)
• Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the company website to ensure accurate and engaging content
• Develop, create, and track social media content to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Developing Marketing Materials such as brochures, posters, video and website content
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of events/exhibition in alignment with approved Marketing plans
• Maintain and track inventory for Marketing and promotional Materials such as brochures, namecards and corporate gifts
• Keep organized records of contacts related to exhibitions and events
• Liaise with vendors to produce artwork, promotional materials, and supplies
• Managing website content to fully utilize the website platform to market (create, update, and upload information)

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Semiconductor industry
• Diploma or relevant cert in relevant field
