• Oversee and spearhead the daily execution of high-performing campaign management and execution of hygiene campaigns across multiple channels to achieve customer acquisition goals and maximize return on ad spend
• Responsible for managing big scale digital marketing campaigns that have high technical complexity due to very large numbers of ads entities that need to be managed
• Identify optimization opportunities / growth, and analyzing the impact and effort required
• Execute and prioritize all the tasks / activities within the managed campaigns
• Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently, and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered
• Collaborate closely with the Country Marketing Managers of assigned market, on achieving marketing objectives including but not limited to providing guidelines and requirements for campaign strategy pre and post execution, and best-in-class execution
• Actively monitoring Share of Voice, Active Users and ROAS to ensure we are able to win the market share.
• Capable of leading and managing small projects with minimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole team
• Accrue and process all the paid invoices in a timely manner

The above will be delivered by:

• Working very closely with Performance Marketing Manager as a supervisor to develop paid media strategies for specific local markets which need to be tailored & personalized
• Develop execution to achieve paid media objectives (CAC, CVR, ROAS)
• Manage Traveloka advertising accounts on all platforms, maintain online advertising campaigns, from display targeting, retargeting, display awareness, app installs, etc
• Manage spending vs. KPIs balancing to have dynamic optimization based on needs, markets & real-time performance by having series of experimentation and testing
• Stay informed of new betas, tactics, and data trends within the paid search industry
• Ensure all online advertising best practices have been implemented
• Provide bi/weekly performance reports on each digital channels and funnels, and circulate to relevant stakeholders
• Being proactive and give ideas on performance marketing improvement

Requirements

• 4-5 years of performance marketing, especially Display and App Installs experience (a candidate who has experience Display is a plus point)
• Technical skills and experiences in app optimization and A/B testing are a big plus point
• Familiar with Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA and other performance marketing channels
• Possess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability
• Possess a sharp eye for detail coupled with the ability to see how small details make up the bigger picture
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis
• Good communication skill, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
• Proficiency in Excel and other data processing tool

SALES MANAGER OF BULK CARGO

As a Bulk cargo Chartering manager in our chartering business, your key focus is to collect market and client information from the Bulk cargo marketing, provide Bulk cargo collection services for the market chartering- in vessels or some COSCO SHIPPING SPEICALIZED CARRIERS CO.LTD (CSSC) fleet’s tonnages when transiting the area in the South Asia \ Southeast Asia \ West Asia & Oceania and the fleet vessel be open in this area.

Responsibilities:

· Calculate and evaluate open market business for the bulk cargo such as Handy/ Supramax / Panamax on voyage and/or T/C basis.

· Develop the relation with the shipper and trader of grain, coal, minerals and other bulk cargo.

· Conclude and execute best business in line with management guidance and targets.

Functions and accountabilities:

1) Sourcing cargoes / employment

· Communicate constantly with customers and brokers. Collect market information

· Seek for shipment which match the company fleet

· Conclude business independently within price guidance from management team.

2)Securing shipment

· Calculate and execute business accurately and efficiently

· Negotiate shipping terms

· Identify and develop arbitrage opportunities which can add value to the book

· Recognize and understanding all voyage pricing constituents – port costs, bunker costs, daily TCE etc

· Recognize and understand all port restrictions and specific ‘country’ requirements for the various trades– port drafts, LOA restrictions, beam restrictions, terms of trade

3)Trade and relationship management

· Develop and expand relationships with customers and brokers

· Build up customer network by travelling and meeting.

· identify new trends, cargo routes, mines, potential new customers.

4) office functions

· Communicate with the operation department to ensure a smooth operation of voyages

· Challenge assumptions to maximise the efficiency of sea voyages (routing / slow steaming)

· Document correctly all negotiations

· Manage in conjunction with the finance department freight calculation and payments, and the concerned document are prepared accurately and communicated in a timely manner to customers

5) Management reporting and Procedures and Standards

· Strictly implement procedures for executing fixtures / monitoring and reporting on vessel performances / communicate underlying variances

· Strictly enforcing operating procedures in order to comply with the highest standards in the company

· Assist with preparation of weekly and monthly management reporting

Requirements:

· Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

· 2+ years of dry bulk chartering, Familiar with the marketing of Bulk cargo is preferred

· To possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

· Good relationship with the shipper and trader of grain, coal, minerals, and other bulk cargo is preferred.

· Demonstrated business math and intermediate computer skills with MS Office skillsets

· To have Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle is preferred

· Singapore citizen or PR with non - Chinese passport
