The Right Profile

As a Lifecycle/CRM Marketing Executive, you will play an integral role in developing personalised, data-driven marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers at every stage of their journey. Working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Lead, marketing team, and cross-functional departments, you'll help develop targeted strategies to drive user growth, cross-selling, upselling, and long-term retention. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction by integrating insights, creativity, and compelling content.
• Assist in designing and executing lifecycle strategies that effectively target users at different stages of the funnel, delivering the right message at the right time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives such as user growth, cross-selling, upselling, and retention.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, leveraging analytics to adjust strategies for better outcomes.

Qualifications

Job Description:
- INDUSTRY RATIO:
- Semiconductor industry: >90%
- General industry: ~10% (oil & gas, chemical & petrochemical, power plant & others)

- Responsible to sales activities for the semiconductor industry, including other general industries (e.g. oil & gas, chemical & petrochemical, power plant & others)
- Service, upsell and build rapport with existing customer accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Handle customer enquiry, clarification of technical specifications, quotations activities.
- Provide sales support between customers and HQ in Japan.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position the company’s products effectively.
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly demand planning and forecasting.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering related field.
- At least 3 - 4 years of relevant sales experience at parts manufacturer for the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and/or Semiconductor front-end fab in Singapore.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chains.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

· Take primary responsibility for the customer and act as internal customer owner within assigned accounts.
