General Position Overview

Our Online Business Manager will be required to drive initiatives coordinating with internal teams to ensure all digital spend delivers effective ROAS whilst maintaining high brand standards.

Supporting the Marketing Director, our Online Business Manager will be responsible for the deployment of effective digital activity working closely with the our teams at HQ and third-party resources. • Partner with APR Team Leadership to: Build a cohesive high performing team, Provide mentor and training support for junior associates and Support the achievement of Asia Pacific Region’s Hoshin activities
• APR Region Function: Advise APR leadership on how to kaizen new region function and continuously improve APR strategy

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 12 years of working experience in finance sector.
• Knowledge of basic risk, credit & collection in automotive industry.
• Deep understanding on automotive business, after sales, value chain, and profit management (Global profit management & Mid-term profit management).
• Strong in skills in analysis, logical and clear thinking, problem solver, good in presentation skills, business planning.
• Highly competent with MS Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel), Essbase.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong passion to drive operation and team.
