Summary of the role

GlobalSign is seeking a Sales Engineer for its Sales/Solutions Engineering team. This position is the primary technical resource for the GlobalSign APAC sales force. The individual will play a critical role in establishing credibility and confidence with GlobalSign’s customers, by demonstrating and proving GlobalSign’s value through its products and services. Primary Responsibilities

•Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations

•Presenting the product to customers and at external events such as conferences, seminars, etc.

Qualifications, skills, knowledge & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or comparable due to experience or be in possession of Cybersecurity and IT Certifications (i.e. Comptia, (ISC)2, GIAC, etc.)
• Customer focus mindset with general interest in technology
• Good experience with Information Technology space
• Working knowledge on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts. Preferably hands-on experience on some PKI products.
• Good understanding of information security related products/services and/or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn/assimilate GlobalSign solutions.
• Basic understanding Windows environment especially Active Directory, Windows Servers/Desktops, Command Prompt, Virtual Machine set-up, etc.
