Value Added Services (VAS) is one of three growth strategies for Visa globally, aimed at diversifying Visa’s revenue with products and solutions that differentiate its network and deliver valuable solutions across other networks.

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our newly established GTM and Commercialization team within the VAS organization. This team is dedicated to expanding VAS revenue growth in the Asia Pacific region, by making VAS products easier to buy and sell.

The successful candidate will be based in Singapore, working closely with both Hub and market leaders.

Given the small size of our team, the role requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to handle different types of work. The ideal candidate should be proficient with numbers, have a firm grasp on business fundamentals, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Primary responsibilities:

• Sales Pipeline Tracking and Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring it aligns with our commercial goals. Regularly monitor and manage sales progress and outcomes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize the sales process. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through effective pipeline management.
• Training and Education of VAS Specialist and Generalist sellers: Partner with functional teams to develop and deliver training programs that not only enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams but also instill a deep understanding of our commercial objectives. Equip the team with the necessary tools and strategies to effectively sell our VAS products, thereby contributing to revenue growth.
• Data-Driven Sales Targeting: Create and maintain robust sales models that use data to identify key sales targets within the VAS organization. Your role will involve using these models to drive sales strategies that are aligned with our commercial goals, ultimately contributing to revenue growth.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Provide key insights on product utilization, client demographics, sales trends, and potential growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal functions to drive alignment on commercial goals and strategies. This includes facilitating effective communication and collaboration between teams to ensure a One Visa approach to achieving our commercial objectives.
• Influencing VAS Policies and Procedures: Take a proactive role in influencing VAS policies and procedures to make it easier to sell our products. This will involve understanding the barriers to sales and working to remove these through changes to policies and procedures.
• Commercial Strategy Development: Work closely with the team leader to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies for VAS products.

This is a 12 months contract, work location at CBD.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring sales incentives and commercial incentives are calculated in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with applicable policies and agreements.
• Conduct in-depth analytical review of sales incentives and commercial incentives, and prepare clear and concise management reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting, and perform adjustments/reconciliations, as necessary.
• Communicate incentives calculations to Sales team and Clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate pay-out of incentives.
• Provide training to Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with Revenue Manager to develop and maintain robust incentives processes with strong client-focus and continuous improvement mindset.
• Support ad-hoc projects, including process and system improvement initiatives, internal audit, etc.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics or related fields. MBA degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields.
• Highly analytical; Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned targets and projects with perseverance and passion.

Duties:

• To take charge of marketing promotion plan of each brand
• To analyze sales result and market situation.
• To manage promotion programs for each country
• To support in development and planning of products with the mission of taking a product from concept to commercialization.
• To maintain and update current packages against regulation of each country working with all of related division closely.
• To support for promotional materials as well as the seasonal items.
• Able to manage A&P expenses well

• Diploma level or its equivalent with min 1 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team on administrative work, maintenance sales record, create quotation.
• Maintain good relationship with all levels of staff of Sales team, Sales Admin team, FA team and customer to resolve sales issues effectively to facilitate all aspect of sales execution.
• Follow up with the order process and ensure the sales transactions are close timely.
• Support sales team to customer verification and complete the necessary documents for export control.
• Attending customer’s enquiries on sales and administrative matters.
• Manages customer databases, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer information.
• Support Marketing & Planning Asst Manager for any marketing activities.
• Provide all necessary data or report to management upon request.
• Any other jobs as requested by superior.
• Coverage of duties in the absence of team members.

Requirements

• Diploma and above in relevant field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry
• Proficient in MS office
• Well-organized, self-motivated, reliable and resourceful
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Meticulous and resourceful
• Independent, mature and fast-learner with positive working attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
