2. Provide actionable, specific analysis on performance, identifying shortfalls to support data-driven decision-making for the sales and management.
3. Attend and support country sales meetings to drive actions as needed
4. Oversee and Monitor development and implementation of Sales performance action plans
5. Lead communications with GMs on sales performance :

• Who’s hitting targets and who is not
• Next actions on downtrading trades and customers
• Calls / Sales leads performance vs target
• Conversion rate pipeline to active bookings
• Branch approach on selling Focus Trade Lane development Lanes

6.Share best practices within regions and set up a newsletter promoting active sales performance management

7. Monthly Synopsis of total Sales performance to upper management (RD/COO/CCO).

Task 2: Reports and Analysis as required by the Trade Lane Development team

1. Prepare reports as necessary for the Head of Tradelane Development to support discussion with different countries.
2. Prepare monthly reports for Tradalane Development Manager to support discussion with different countries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or related fields
• Min 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient and advanced MS office and excel. Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong in task management and stakeholder management
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
• High level of organization and detail orientation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams
• Fluent in English both Verbal and written. Mandarin is an advantage.

Role Summary

• Provide on time response to customers ‘requests in quotation, service, support, and meeting delivery date.
• Manage global account management with counterparts in better serving our global key account customers.
• Manage and grow assigned customers in term of sales figure, gross contribution, pricelist, VMI, terms & conditions, payment term and any sales contract/agreement set with the company's direction.

Responsibilities

• Generates proposals & quotation.
• Generates and provide selling price to ISEs.
• Perform solo customers' visits for local & overseas.
• Generates customer visits both local & overseas itinerary.
• Provides sales & technical support to respective customers.
• ad hoc duties as assigned by Business Development Manager.
• Generates timely month order intake for monthly forecast reporting.
• Provides marketing support for promoting company's products and brands.
• Generates timely New Business Opportunity (NBO) update for monthly report .
• Perform in accordance with KPIs, goals and sales budget set by the Superior.
• Generates annual pricelists and contractual agreement with respective customers.
• Conduct sales presentation to new or existing customers in promoting company profile.
• Generates request for costing form upon new part number development with costing team.
• Provide timely monthly business review update on sales performance for respective customers.
• Analyses issues, provide problem solving and improve processes on a day-to-day basis as required.
• Liaises & correspond with local & overseas suppliers and manufacturers in supporting customers' requests.
• Suggests improvements to increase efficiency and improves communication of departmental and functional information.
• Assist Account Manager / Business Development Manager in organising exhibitions in Asia Pacific & Middle East region.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years' experience of relevant role in Engineering.
• Prior Experience relating to the Oil & Gas industry or experience handling polymer products.
• Able to use M3 Lawson in checking sales history for price comparison.
• Good understanding of revision standards, transmittal requirements, engineering technical routing, and non-conformance controls.
• Ability to comprehend Engineering Drawings, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing is an advantage.
