• Ability to transfer product knowledge to other sales & service colleagues
• Billable PM service, service consumables and core service relocation services quotations.
• Coordinate with customer care for PM job schedule.
• Work with 3rd party vendor for supporting equipment repair or calibration.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holders in chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/Life Science or equivalent discipline
• At least 3-5 years of service sales experience in related industry
• Good inter-personal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Team player with assertive and result oriented personality with drive and high energy.
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong and confident decision maker who is capable and has the experience to make tough decision when required for a sales and service organization.
• Capable of building a strong link between the company and awareness of needs of customers
• Understand need and consider external customers and/or internal clients in decisions and actions.
• Create an environment which enhances trust, learning and entrepreneurship.
