Resposibilities:

As a successful candidate, you will receive full training in marketing work, working closely with worldwide colleagues in marketing department. Training supervised by an assigned tutor will take place on the job during the first six months. Depending on your background, you will be assigned to work on basic marketing projects. Job Description

• Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales.

• Leading and training teams of Marketing Associates.

• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints.

• Analysing customer feedback and campaign performance.

• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets.

• Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand.

• Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations.

• Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) in online media.

• Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas.

• Support product, sales and export departments with marketing related activities and materials
• Assist in attend to ad-hoc walk in customers sales enquiries in showrooms at times.
• Responsible for creating, managing, optimizing, tracking social media & SEO/SEM campaigns
• Managing & updating of brands websites with product information & events
• Managing & contents creation for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & Tiktok), response to relevant social media & customers enquiries
• Preparation of monthly marketing report & regular updating of competitors benchmarking reports
• To ensure all brand & marketing guidelines are followed & implemented by both local & export markets
