As a Aftermarket sales executive to the Aftermarket Sales Manager, you are responsible for working with the CPM sales team, CPM Sales Network and the Aftermarket Sales Manager, and other colleagues to define and champion commercial efforts for the entire CPM product line for the Aftermarket in South East AsiaRegion.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing sales (Recyling company expereince background needed)
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through any channels including but not limited to, cold calling, networking and visiting.
• Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience to clients.
• Handle and respond efficiently to incoming customer enquiries.
• Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
• To troubleshoot on complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with exsiting customers.

Job description

• This job position is fully commission base (Profit sharing)
• Set up meetings with clients directly to understand theirs requirements and needs
• Propose the best space planning, layout plans and design for the clients
• Prepare and present the quotation and design to the clients
• Coordinate and work closely with the suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality of works and timeline to be meet according to the schedule
• Project management and site supervision
• Update clients on the work progress regularly

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, and hardworking
• Creative and able to work independently

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute pre-event and post-event operations meetings
• Liaise with venue management to ensure events are properly staffed
• Produce detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets)
• Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel) Itinerary planning, reservations, and booking etc
• Provide on-site support for events
• Monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied
• Generate and collate invoices for payment to vendors
• Certain administrative work will be expected

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Application
• Experience in events management will be an added advantage
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Must be creative and able to prioritize tasks in the face of many challenges.
