They are looking for a Sales Manager (Energy and Offshore) to expand their Energy business in the Oil/ Gas and offshore markets in both local and regional areas.

Reporting to the Head of Energy, he/ she will:

1️⃣ Identify and engage new prospects, recommending marine products, integrated systems, and services.

2️⃣ Manage and analyze sales leads to develop and forecast business plans for potential customers.

3️⃣ Execute business plans aligned with corporate goals to achieve sales targets.

4️⃣ Collaborate with the proposal team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused proposals.

5️⃣ Coordinate with the technical team to ensure efficient sales and seamless delivery of systems and services.

6️⃣ Address customer inquiries and nurture relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

1️⃣ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanic, Marine & Offshore)

2️⃣ Possess excellent business acumen, communication & presentation skills

3️⃣ Experience as Ex-Sailors, Ex-Radio Officer, or Ex-Navy personnel are added advantage

4️⃣ Respectable network and customer contacts with local and regional shipyards and ship owners

• Assist to prepare and pack fresh flower arrangements and other materials required for daily maintenance, floral set ups which includes preparing floral containers, required props, floral foam and floral carts for storage, refrigeration and delivery
• Assist to deliver flower arrangements, and touch up flowers if there are any placements arranged beforehand
• Assist to do daily routine maintenance, or as and when required to ensure flowers remain in good condition
• Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by superiors
• Coach and support other team members
• Hire and train new employees for the sales floor or other departments (e.g. shipping and receiving)
• Maintain and monitor store inventory
• Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
• Greet and assist customers as necessary when other sales associates are busy
• Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality
