Job Description:
The Digital Sales Manager is responsible for driving digital sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the organization’s market presence. The role involves leveraging digital tools, CRM platforms, and marketing strategies to attract and engage clients, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
The candidate must have strong expertise in digital sales, an in-depth understanding of customer behaviour, and knowledge of industry trends. They work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and improve the overall client experience.
This role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to optimize the digital sales funnel and meet performance metrics.

Key Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in digital sales, IT, or marketing are a plus.
- Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in digital sales or IT sales roles.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the IT industry.
- Skills
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and emerging trends (e.g., Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services).
- Proficiency in digital sales platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and ability to interpret market trends.
