Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service

· Provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction

· Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to handle customers' complaints and feedback

· Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment

· Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch

· To assist in making cold-calls to customers

· Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition

· Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

· Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record

· Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative

· Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented

· Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities

· Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities

· Willing to work retail hours (split shift work, weekends and public holidays)

· Passionate about the beauty and service industry

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients via GeBiz, social media, cold calls etc.
• Sales Presentations: Present our services to clients, highlighting how we can meet their media production needs.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Deal Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve targets.
• Collaboration: Work with our production and creative teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous sales experience.
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of media production processes is a plus.
• Education: Fresh graduates are welcome.
