Roles & Responsibilities
· Process customer orders, including quotations, sales orders, and release orders.
· Ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment arrangements.
· Work with the Planning team to align production schedules with customer delivery requirements.
· Arrange shipments to customers and track delivery progress to ensure on-time delivery.
· Track orders and follow up to meet customer delivery expectations.
· Serve as the main contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing updates on orders and shipments.
· Liaise between internal teams (Management, Production, QC etc.) and customers to address technical questions and ensure product requirements are met.
· Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
Requirements:
· Min Diploma levels or equivalent,
· Mechanical Engineering background preferred but not required.
· Min 3-year experience in a manufacturing environment
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Proficient in English speaking and writing
· Meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
