General Accountability
Reporting directly to VP Sales, APAC, this role is responsible for driving new product sales and overseeing the development of Service & Solution (S&S) activities within the region. The role will play a key part in executing Manitou's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the global direction, and driving sales growth. The Sales Director will also collaborate closely with the S&S Manager to implement service strategies, manage dealer performance, and determine the optimal distribution structure—whether through direct Manitou entities or dealer networks. Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in alignment with Manitou’s overall vision.
