The key objective of the role is to ensure the successful implementation of SAP Sales Distribution (SD) Functionalities and provide expert level support and guidance to users in Singapore, China, Taiwan and North Asia

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Application development -Gathering business requirements

1. Configuration, testing and deployment of functionalities in Sales Distribution module
2. Quotation, Sales orders, Outbound delivery billing and integration with Material Management(MM) module, 3rd Party sales, Intercompany sales

• Ensure system design, configurations are as per the industry best practices
• Application Management Support of Sales Distribution module including handling incidents & service requests
• Change requests: Understanding user requirements, providing solution to resolve issues and close tickets within SLA
• Write detailed documentation of ERP Sales Distribution processes and configurations
• Develop training materials and provide user training on ERP SD system changes

Position Requirements:

• Formal Education: Bachelor of Engineering/ IT/Computer Science or Equivalent
• SAP HANA Sales Distribution Certification and/or Sales Consultancy background is a plus
• Highly proficient user of MS excel, google sheet, google docs, Words

Knowledge & Experience:

• More than 5 years of experience in SAP SD S4Hana implementation, integration with MM module and experience in supporting customers in China, Taiwan, North Asia
• In order to effectively communicate with our North Asia counterparts, strong communication skills and bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin are an added advantage
• Strong Interpersonal Skills, have a high standard of ownership, open minder, logical thinking, good problem solving

Job Responsibility:

• Build, maintain, and enhance strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure product rotation and regularly check near-expired stock to minimize returns.
• Achieve the agreed sales targets set by the company.
• Monitor and recommend optimal stock levels to retailers to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Understand and execute basic selling procedures effectively.
• Manage payment processes and comply with the company’s payment policy.
• Follow the assigned itinerary and ensure all allocated outlets are serviced daily.
• Deliver professional and quality sales and after-sales services.
• Communicate effectively with retailers regarding trade activities and mechanics.
• Provide feedback on sales/operational issues, competitors’ promotions/pricing, and market sentiments.

Key Requirement:

• GCE “N” Level Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in General Trade (e.g., Mini Marts & Provision Shops) or Modern Trade (e.g., Supermarkets and Convenience Stores).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude..
• Possess own motorcycle and a valid Class 1 driving license.

• Pre-sales preparation (preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers)

Job Description

1. Assist Sales Manager for the sales and marketing for local and overseas market and are required traveling overseas on regular basis to carry out duties.

2. Required to co-operate closely with all other department of the company in order for the contact and/ or project can be executed effectively and efficiently.

3. Assist Sales Manager decision making and overview the company daily operation to ensure the operation run smoothly.

4. Assist Sales Manager to preparing itinerary schedule before traveling to overseas, and contact to the person for arrangement for meeting.

5. Assist Sales Manager to monitor and ensure branch offices run smoothly for everything and keep report to the head quarter in routine basis.

6. Assist Sales Manager to prepare power point, company brochure, project reference etc. for presentation and generate commercial agreement and/ or technical agreement for meeting with clients.

7. Assist in decision making for procurement in searching, purchasing and negotiation of purchase and delivery terms of equipment and materials for production.

8. Able to read GA (general arrangement) to prepare material cost list and generate quotation, Technical specification, tender document etc. and reply to the enquiry of customer require.

9. Visit to the local shipyard frequently for gather more information on new project as well as the exiting project, and at the same time build up a good relationship between shipyard and the company.
