Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

• Preparation /Processing of sales order and handling of documentations
• Follow-up on status of Sales Quotation and Sales Orders.
• Handle customer enquiries and refer them to the sales representatives/manager in charged
• Responding to feedback in a professional manner and ensure proper channel in response to take action
• Coordinate with internal operation team on delivery schedule or resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
• Preparation of reports on sales forecast; monitor, update and check sales order backlog against customer request delivery time & quantities

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support or customer service (other administrative positions may be considered)
• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration / Accountancy

Job Description:

The Sales Executive will promote the Company’s assets for rental and sales and will be accountable for the entire sales process. He/She will need to visit clients (new and old) and their project sites or new sites to canvass for business and successfully secure the order. He/She will also need to liaise with the Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of the assets to the client site. He/She will also need to follow up with their clients to ensure that invoices are paid and monies collected within a reasonable time frame.

He/She will report directly to the Sales Manager (if applicable), or directly to Managing Director and General Manager and will regularly update them on sales pipeline, discussion progress and implements activities to achieve the targets set by the Company.

Job Requirements

• Must be self driven and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• Prefer those with sales background
• Those with prior heavy machinery or construction equipment sales or rental experience will have an added advantage.
• Possess a valid and minimum Class 3 driving license
• Good communications and soft people skills

Key Responsibilites:

• Perform full sales coordination process such as : customer service support, sales order entry, invoicing management, procurment of goods and making sure that deliveries have been made.
• Attend to call enquires, create new customer account, following up quotation with present and new customers
• Provide general sales support when ever required including preparing proposals & quotation & contract
• Process orders & maintain of company websites
• Update company online presence with latest promotional offering
• Attend to walk-in customer when ever necessary
• Assist in cold calls, email introduction company profile to new customer
• Follow up with Mainland China supplier for import/export documents
• To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Possess minimum 'N" or 'O' or Higher Education
• Able communicate effectively in english, both spoken and written

• Able to work independently, posses good multi-tasking skill

• Working hours: 8am - 5.45pm, Monday - Friday
