General Role

• Responsible for supervising a team of sales staff to deliver quality and consistent services, to drive results and to ensure operation excellence at the store level whilst maintaining their own personal sales achievement.

Major Responsibilities:

1) Sales

· Manage and motivate staff to achieve personal sales targets established

5) Other Duties

· Support Assistant Store Manager on SA and SSA recruitment when needed.

· Provide insight on staff performance to Asst Store Manager for the annual appraisal.

· Coordinate with Metier Ambassadors for new hire onboarding program and periodic Metier updates.

· Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Assistant Store Manager.
