As a IT Sales Manager, the role is to “hunt” for new opportunities within the assigned territory, that may be currently small or whitespace. What will you do?

• Identify and qualify opportunities, influence client’s mindset through NCS facilities such as Tesseract
• Orchestrate externally and internally to create environment for successful delivery
• Assess high level conceptual design, identify right delivery teams to ensure that what is sold can be delivered at the right and best margin to meet the client’s expectations
• Establish responsive business relationship with client including problem reporting and resolving highly complex service delivery issues when escalated

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimally 8 years’ experience in IT or ICT Consulting industry with 5 years or more experience focusing on sales/account management in the private sectors
• Prior experience in Healthcare industry in Singapore and the region
• Knowledge of Singapore National Healthcare systems
• Relationship in Healthcare eco-system such as GPs, medical device manufacturers, standards.
• Prior experience in owning individual sales targets – quota carrying role
• Delivered projects relating to Conglomerate/MNC clients is a plus
• Process broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge, and to use this knowledge to develop/enhance client relationships
• Proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing multi-million dollars projects in key client industry
