Job Description:
Playing a pro-active role in the Sales team and act as first point of contact for our customers, using independent judgement, provide timely and effective customer service and administrative support to ensure high customer satisfaction levels and sales efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
In-charge and handle internal and external customers enquiries on full order-to-delivery process, and ensure such enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
Collaborate and communicate with relevant departments within the organization, to support business and customers' needs.
Using available databases or other systems, to maintain up-to-date customer records, track status of orders, invoicing and deliveries etc.
Manage and drive our sales efficiency and volume by providing prompt assistance and instructions to our customers.
Requirements:
A self-driven individual with a strong customer-service oriented mindset and keen learning attitude. You should have some years of experience within sales or customer service function, and experience or knowledge in Glass & Glazing will be advantageous.
An effective communicator and team player, you enjoy working with people and possess good collaboration skills to interact and work with colleagues across different functions to find solutions to problems and achieve business objectives.
This role requires good working knowledge, experience and skills in messaging and social media platforms, as well as Microsoft 365 applications. We place great value in individuals who are highly adaptable, with positive mindset and desire to learn.
Working Hours:
Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
