Primary Role:
To oversee and coordinate sales and operational activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
Working Days: 5.5 days/week
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and E-commerce Management:
1. Sales Performance Management:
· Identify and approach potential business partners.
· Execute online/offline promotions and campaigns.
· Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listing updates and pricing adjustments.
· Work with the marketing team to develop and upload product descriptions, images, and other content.
· Develop innovative sales planning ideas to attract customers and boost revenue.
2. Customer Engagement:
· Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
· Monitor and analyse sales performance and trends to improve customer retention.
3. Retail Support:
· Provide support to the retail team in achieving sales goals.
· Conduct training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge for staff.
Operational Management:
1. Stock and Inventory:
· Coordinate with the warehouse and retail teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
· Manage stock transfers and ensure timely replenishment at retail counters.
· Coordinate E commerce order processing, packing, and shipping to ensure timely deliveries.
2. Team Leadership:
· Support a team of 7 retail staff, ensuring smooth collaboration and productivity.
· Assign responsibilities and monitor task completion to meet operational goals.
· Support and execute plan for sales event setup/tear down
3. Point of Sale (POS) System Management:
· Oversee and troubleshoot POS systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.
· Ensure accuracy in sales reporting and transaction processing.
Communication & Reporting:
· Regularly update management on sales and operational performance.
· Provide feedback to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Education & Experience:
· Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
· At least 2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, or e-commerce management.
2. Skills & Knowledge:
· Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).
· Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
3. Personal Attributes:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership capability.
· Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
· A good team player who possess drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
4. Others:
· Willingness to work on weekends or during promotional events if required.
· Creative mindset to contribute to sales planning and e-commerce growth strategies.
