Job Description
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships in the Singapore market. You will focus on promoting our Digital Assurance and Quality Engineering services, identifying business opportunities, and building strategic relationships
1. Lead Generation and Sales:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Singapore market.
o Drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
o Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
3. Market Strategy:
o Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and verticals.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
4. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with company goals. o Ensure seamless handover of clients to delivery teams.
5. Reporting and Forecasting:
o Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools. o Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Experience:
o 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in Quality Engineering or Digital Assurance.
o Proven track record of selling to clients in the Singapore market.
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of Quality Engineering and Digital Assurance services.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
