Job description:
- Planning and executing store openings across Southeast Asia (SEA) region. Responsible for the development and compliance of store procedures.
- Review store performance/profitability of every country across SEA, responsible for the formulation, recommendation, and implementation of sales forecasts, sales plans and strategies, promotional and incentive programs related to the overall operation and management of the stores.
- Report to SEA president, manage teams of retail operations, visual merchandising, training, merchandising, marketing, etc, set the regional standards and ensure they are well executed in every country.
- Recommend business development and consumer engagement programs directed at expanding sales area coverage, additional sales channels, sale events, and promotional selling areas.
- Accountable for regional inventory accuracy.
- Perform business travelling in SEA when necessary.
Requirements:
· Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business or any business-related course.
· At least 10 years of previous experience in store operations, visual merchandising or retail training as a people manager.
· At least 5 years of previous work experience in a retail setting.
· Coordinate and communicate clearly between local and regional team, proficient in both English and Mandarin languages in order to liaise with counterparts in SEA countries and China HQ.
· Highly motivated, strong leadership skills, ability to spot trends, organized in work functions.
· Ability to develop, mentor and coach sales team, promote teamwork.
· Passionate about sports is a must.
