As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth operations within the marketing team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage schedules, organize meetings, and prepare documentation for the marketing team.
Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Content Management: Maintain marketing materials, update website content, and coordinate social media postings.
Data Management: Monitor and update marketing databases and reports, ensuring data accuracy.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for marketing materials, advertisements, and events.
Event Support: Assist in planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.
Budget Tracking: Support the team in tracking expenses and preparing reports on marketing budgets.
Communication: Act as a point of contact for marketing inquiries and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Engage with customers: Provide personalized product consultations and expert advice to meet their needs.
Drive sales: Maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets with your product knowledge and sales skills.
Assist with store operations: Help maintain a clean, organized sales floor and replenish merchandise.
Update product displays: Create attractive displays to highlight products and promotions.
Be part of Livestream events: Showcase products and engage with customers in real-time.
Collaborate with marketing: Promote Livestream events and drive customer engagement.
Excellent communication skills: Confidently communicate with customers to provide product information.
Strong oral communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Comfortable with shift work of 5 days weekly for 44 hours.
