The Opportunity: Business Associate, Investment Management

In this role, you will work within the IM and APAC Operations teams to drive strategic and tactical initiatives across ICONIQ’s Investment Management business, while also assisting in oversight of the various functional teams that report into the COO including but not limited to helping ensure completion and success of IM strategic goals involving Data Operations, Fund Operations and Client Operations teams with a focus on APAC IM initiatives. Principal Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and support Investment Management and APAC Operations on various high-impact initiatives to support ICONIQ’s continued growth and evolution.
• Lead APAC IM strategic initiatives including global alignment and growth of the firm’s presence in the region.
• Partner with members of ICONIQ’s Investment Management Teams and senior management to drive forward cross functional projects.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Accounting, Consulting, Investment Banking, Financial Services, or other roles that require extensive Business Analysis, Financial Analysis and Modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders across various levels of seniority.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with developing dashboards and automation solutions through Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, UiPath and/or Alteryx highly beneficial.
