We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to support our Marketing Communications (MarComm) department. The ideal candidate will assist in designing marketing materials, creating videos, and contributing to various creative projects that align with our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and production of marketing collaterals, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
• Support the creation and editing of videos for marketing campaigns and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
• Provide input and ideas for creative marketing campaigns and projects.
• Organize and maintain an archive of creative assets, templates, and files.
• Work with external vendors or agencies as needed to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
• Perform other ad hoc duties to support the MarComm team

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
• Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• A strong eye for design, layout, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in marketing communications, graphic design, or video production is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to identify and hunt for new regional contract logistics (warehousing) business opportunities
• Achieve sales targets set by Department Head
• Ad-hoc duties assigned when required

• At least 4 years of working experience in sales, must be from 3PL logistics with regional exposure
