A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers in Singapore.
• Manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on our products and services.
• Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s needs.

• Update sales opportunity information accurately and regularly into Rotork sales management system (CE) ensuring accurate reporting and order input forecasting.
• Educate, coach and mentor others to effectively and confidently sell all Service products.
• Work in partnership with end markets sales team to target and access new markets and customers.
• Carry out sales activity with customers including site surveys, sales support, contract negotiation, product presentations and seminars.
• Provide insights into market trends, competition and customers’ needs.
• Be prepared to travel as needed (national and international) to achieve the sales targets and growth opportunities in the country
