The scope of services for the Onshore IT System/Business Analyst shall include the following:

• Drive business process transformation and ensuring that the system has the capabilities to support various business functions by working closely with our business partners (vendors) and various divisions in to understand the needs of our stakeholders;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand and document business needs and objectives related to public services, particularly on the vehicle registration and licensing system;
