The sales executive will be responsible for the execution of promotional activities, HCP & account management, and identifying prospective business opportunities.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Preparation of product configuration, sales quotations, purchase requisite, etc, for the Endoscopic Solutions Division.
• Responsible for product sales promotion and activities in selected disciplines and accounts.
• Achieve sales KGI and KPI set.
• Develop a sales plan for existing and new products.
• To facilitate HCP engagement, conduct in-service, OPD, and product evaluation, demonstration, and training for HCP.
• Submit daily activities report through Sales Force.

What we are looking for:

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years or more sales experience with track records.
• Preferably with medical sales experience
• Sales experience in consumables will be an advantage.
• Understanding hospital management will be a plus point.
• Able to support clinical procedures.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SFDC, and any SAP software will be an advantage.

Location: Boon Lay

Working days: 5 Days Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm, off on 1 weekday and Sunday

Salary: $2300 - $2800

Job scope:

• Answering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders
• Liaise with clients directly if there’s delivery or stock issues
• Work with logistics for delivery arrangement
• Prepare packing list for warehouse
• Arrange to bring down pallet and update of pallet record
• Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice
• Daily sales report submission
• Mailing invoices to clients
• Filing of invoices
• Preparing of sticker labelling

· Provide administrative support to the team’s corporate administrative work and Division budget matters

· Preparation and consolidation of documentations for corporate administrative submission and approval clearances

Job Requirements:

· Recognised degree/diploma in Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, Humanities or other disciplines relevant to Corporate Development at the Founders’ Memorial Diploma holders with relevant work experience will also be considered;

· Proven excellence in administrative support, scheduling, budget monitoring and reporting, operational coordination, writing and presentation skills;

· Ability to proactively problem solve, meticulous attention to detail, with strengths in synthesising information and providing solutions to management;

· Strong administrative, budgeting and project management skills;

· Team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;

· Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)

· Occasional weekend and after-work hours engagements might be required
