A critical position, accountable for supporting business development initiatives including strategic account management, consultative sales, project management, and client engagement.

The Business and Industry Consultant will be playing a critical role in developing business, growing accounts and ensuring customer value delivery.

Key responsibilities

1. Monitoring all onboard activities and providing Technical & Operational Guidance and Support to the Master & crew, minimize the downtime.

6. Review, write and provide feedback on development area of seafarers, work-performance during specific contract, while setting clear goals and targets.

7. Conduct regular vessel inspections.

8. Supervise docking repairs, verify rectification of defects, and ensure the vessel is ready for operation within allocated time.

9. Develop and track budget for the assigned vessels.

10. Ensure the fleet are complying with current and future legislation and standards.

11. Provide full cooperation in the audit process and take prompt corrective actions against any non-conformities.

Requirements:

• Experience in consulting and business development.
• Engineer Officer Qualification, with First Class Chief Engineers Motor license from an IMO whitelist country.
• Degree in Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture/Mechanical Engineering or other related.
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ sailing experience as Chief Engineer onboard.
• Minimum of 10 year's experience as Technical Superintendent and Senior Management Director position within the Maritime Industry ashore.
