He/She needs to respond to reservation requests from customers, travel agents, and referral networks via various platforms. He/She is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining records promptly. Records must be in line with guests’ booking confirmation.
· Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
· Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products
