Responsibilities

1. Customer CommunicationInteract with customers via phone, text messages, and email.
   Place online orders on behalf of customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
   
2. Sales and PromotionConduct cold calls to potential corporate customers to promote the Company’s brands.
   Upsell and provide product recommendations from the Company’s extensive range of offerings.
   Promote current promotions and new merchandise to customers.
   
3. Quotation and Order ManagementRespond promptly to customer inquiries with quotations and invoices.
   Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are addressed.
   Process orders, prepare correspondence, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment.
   
4. Customer Feedback and Relationship ManagementAddress and resolve customer feedback and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
   Build and nurture strong relationships with regular customers through marketing promotions and direct mail campaigns.
   
5. Interdepartmental CoordinationCommunicate customer orders and special requests to relevant departments.
   Ensure seamless coordination to provide a positive and consistent purchasing experience for customers.
   

The incumbent is responsible for identifying market, product portfolio and individual customer strategies and opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinking, self-starting individual who is able to communicate with varying personal backgrounds in a business and social environment. This role is for Singapore / Brunei territory only.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments for Electric Motors / IOT products and services.
• Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to position our products effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
• Strong Focus on MRO sales and development for Electric motors to new and existing customers.
• Business Development of IOT solutions

Customer-Relationship-Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEM partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions, negotiations, and contract discussions, ensuring favourable terms and long-term partnerships.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Drive sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report progress regularly to the Managing director

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience & Pre-Requisites:

• Proven track record in electric motor sales or relevant e.g electrical / automation / instrumentation solutions
• Good contacts with end-users in the Oil and Gas / Chemicals/ Manufacturing / semiconductor / Industrial segments
• Minimum 2~ 3 Years Sales experience in Electrical solutions selling
• ITE / Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Possess class 3 driving license and preferably to have own transport (Transport allowances will be provided)
