Job description

Customer Service Specialist

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional enquiries

3. Communicating with customers through various channels.

4. Acknowledging and resolving customer requests.

5. Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services.

6. Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards.

7. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.

8. Able to multi-task while speaking to customers and toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment.

9. To consistently meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery

10. To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow colleagues.

Information:

1. Salary range: $4,500 - $6,500
2. Allowance: $250 transport allowance

Responsibilities:

• Source new business by contacting potential customers, decision makers and target accounts.
• Analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and evaluate options.
• Works with internal to close deals and establish long term working relationships with stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with customers/contractors to build pipelines.
• Ensure data is entry into CRM and project management system.
• Generate forecasts for budget & sales targets
• Collaborate with Sales team to assess engagement required from distribution to ensure closing the deal.
• Provides guidance for price and quotation strategy to distribution network.
• Support in strategic alliances to expand solution, products, services; and business networking.
• Provide Data Center related marketing and technical support to distribution partners and dealers
• Analyze sales and market data to provide relevant information to management.
• Present technical papers for marketing collateral, trade journals and conferences.
• Promoting Data Center power products and solutions, industry standards, design and integration

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering
• At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in Data Center segment
• Knowledge in power generation products and solutions.
• Able to present and negotiate with senior executives and decision makers.
• Able to commit traveling up to 50% frequencies

• Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers.
• Coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
• Organize appointment with customer and ensure that presentation materials are prepared
• Contact customers to check on their level of satisfaction with the company.
• Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed
• Report any inventory or service issues to supervisors
• Understand customer's requirements and provide aadvice on the technical issues.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ level/A Level/ITE/Diploma
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of sales support working experience.
• Good communication skills & computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in SAP system is preferred.
