• Capability to maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand.
• Commitment to maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Ability to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results; however, this is an individual contributor role aimed at achieving personal sales targets.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing extensive insurance client portfolios, fostering robust customer relationships, and driving significant revenue growth.
• Willingness to undertake 50-60% business travel to Asia-Pacific countries.
