Position Overview:

As a Business Development Executive/ Manager for our Executive Search division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our client base. Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

· Identify and target potential clients in alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.

Sales Pipeline Management:

· Monitor and track progress against sales targets, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
