Business Development & Marketing Specialist

As a Business Development & Marketing Specialist, your primary goal is to drive business growth. You will develop new business proposals focused on financial gain, as well as establishing strategic partnerships to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. You will work closely with the Sales team to create and apply an effective Sales strategy. You will also be responsible for ensuring successful company branding and marketing. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.

Role Description

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach (B2B and B2B2C)
• Responsible for the new market analysis and development including sales channels growth internationally.
• Implement digital marketing strategies tailored to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Proficiency in writing persuasive and effective business proposals

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
