The position of Account Manager in the sales team of Modern Link is responsible for expanding business and re-ignite the local retail scene.

Responsibilities

• Engage existing & new customers to expand business opportunities in Singapore retail scene.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiating with suppliers/vendors on pricing and contractual terms for Provisions/ Bonded products.
• Plan & Propose monthly sales & marketing campaigns/events across various sales channels to achieve omnichannel efficiency
• Align brands’ marketing goals and to be communicated effectively across various offline sales channel
• Listing company brands’ products into existing customer database. (Offline & Online)
• Prepare required sales quotation and follow up on any corporate sales enquires
• Develop a strong relationship with existing suppliers/vendors
• Ensure effective communication internally to achieve individual brand’s marketing directions
• Ensure all activities are carried out and comply according to the company’s regulations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years sales experience
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Proactive & resourceful in looking for sales
• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin

• Support the transition of data migration activities from other vendors and ensure alignment with the overall migration strategy.
• Refine data migration requirements, update migration strategy, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the migration are covered.
• Assess data quality issues, collaborate with business users to prioritize data quality analysis and address any concerns.
• Build and manage test cases, scenarios, test scripts, and define entry/exit criteria for successful data migration.
• Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor the execution of the data migration process.
• Work closely with the Data Migration Lead to ensure adherence to timelines and project milestones while supporting the overall data migration strategy.
• Min. 3 years of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience, covering all phases of ITSM (e.g., ITIL).
• Min. 3 years of Business Analyst experience, including documentation and project management.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.
• At least 3 years of working experience in banking/ financial service

• Position: Admin Assistant/Sales Admin
• Location: Peninsula Plaza (Walking Distance from City Hall MRT)

• Create, organise, and maintain high quality functional and technical documentation for platforms, including architectural, functional flows, data flows, data/entity, micro services, etc.
• Collaborate with solution architects, development leads, developers, and other stakeholders to drive documentation discussion.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and structured documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness across all documentation.
• Create and maintain standardized documentation templates to ensure consistency across projects and teams.
• Conduct regular reviews and update documentation based on changes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all documentation aligns with the platform documentation.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between development teams, business units, and end-users through detailed documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, or a related role, focusing on creating both technical and functional documentation.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documents for various audiences.
• Prior experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, Excel or similar platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of software systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise architectures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
