• Industry/ Organization Type: Accounting/ Accounting Firm
• Position Title: Corporate Secretarial Executive
• Working Location: City Hall
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday: 8.30AM-5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate secretarial functions for a portfolio of clients.
• Advise on compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and file essential documents with authorities.
• Facilitate and document board and shareholder meetings.
• Maintain statutory registers and records.
• Guide clients on corporate governance best practices.
• Collaborate with legal and financial advisors.
• Mentor and oversee junior team members.
• Other duties assigned by superior.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and relevant regulations.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in corporate secretarial software.
• Degree or professional qualification in corporate secretarial studies, accounting, or administration is preferred.
