• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide innovative precision engineering solutions.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the alignment of technical capabilities with client requirements.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Proposal Management: Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and agreements to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the precision engineering or medical technologies sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in related to Precision Engineering/Business, advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently for business matter.
