Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Be the front line for all visitors, prospects and customers in the showroom

• Receive and forward queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence

• Provision of drinks and snacks to visitors, prospects and customers

• Monitoring of whereabouts of all members of the sales department

• Preparation of all documentation for delivery

• Manage showroom and test-drive cars

• In charge of showroom and pantry area

• Perform administrative duties

Scope:

• Full spectrum of human resources in employee engagement, performance management, talent management, training development and grievances handling.
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyzes trends and metrics and partnership with the Head of HR to develop solutions.
• Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with minimum 4- 6 years of experiences with HR practices and employee management.
• Ability to engage with key stakeholders and with senior managers
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills.
