Job description
· Build a strong network within the Singapore market to identify opportunities and drive relevant the China market;
· Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners;
· According to the resolution of the company's board of directors, organize and operate the company's policies, business objectives, and business plans, divide them into various departments and organize their implementation;
· Explore and evaluate the feasibility of introducing new products to the China market;
· Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion;
· Ensure resources (financial, human, etc.) are allocated effectively to meet goals;
· Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice;
· Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals;
· Managing institutional investors from capital markets including China;
· Ensure customer satisfaction by managing current contracts in line with agreed objectives;
· Discuss with Managing Director on difficult issues and to find solutions to the problems; and
· Any other corporate and ad-hoc duties or assignments as required.

· Accurately grasp and predict market dynamics
· Familiar with relevant processes, knowledge, policies and other relevant content of the real estate industry, familiar with relevant policies, laws and regulations, and have a good reserve of industry contacts.
· Possess strong organizational coordination management ability and leadership ability, able to stimulate the potential of subordinates and promote teamwork
