• Leads the development of the Brand Marketing Plan to meet company goals.

• Analyse brand Profit and Loss (P&L) to drive profitability of the brand.

• Manage the assigned brand’s new product launch assessment and deployment in the local market, including P&L, pricing, place and positioning.

• Work with a multifunctional team (including Creative and Social teams) to implement the plan in the marketplace and monitors performance of the support plans.

• Builds productive working relationship with R&D, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to manage the brand’s day to day operations, and external partners and agencies.

• Lead ongoing analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer, and competitive information as part of a situation assessment of brand performance and identify growth opportunity.

• Provide input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance. Recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.

• Lead the management and production of posters, flyers and other collaterals

• Lead the acquiring and liaising with promotional merchants for marketing programs

• Lead the execution of effective digital marketing strategies across all social media platforms

• Manage and maintain listings on digital and online channels including delivery platforms

JOB PURPOSE:

• To originate, develop and cross-sell business from the Greater China region in compliance with the bank’s strategy and within the regulatory and risk parameters.
• To efficiently manage the bank’s existing corporate assets portfolio.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• At least 5 years of relevant banking experience.
• Prior experience and have good client contacts in the Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China markets.
• Experienced in dealing with large corporate clients originating from Greater China, with knowledge of both Singapore market and Greater China market. To originate (including cold calling) and develop business in compliance with the Bank’s strategy
• Be familiar with trade finance products & trade facility credit application written-up. Prior experience in syndicated, structured/ project finance deals is a plus.
• Cross-sell among product business units and inter-branch.
• Experience in the entire credit process from deal acquisition up to conclusion (including documentation).
• Acquiring and evaluating new accounts.
• Preparing term sheet and structuring credit facilities, performing credit assessment of financial statements, cashflow projections, sensitivity analysis, periodic credit reviews of the existing accounts and loan documentation.
• Experience in KYC/AML process
• Achieve bank’s KPI in line with MBO.
