About the role

Reporting to the VP Of Sales, your responsibilities would includes

• Identify, target, and win new logos in the FSI sector, including banks, insurance companies, and financial institutions.
• Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop tailored value propositions that align with the automation and digital transformation goals of potential clients.
• Build and execute sales strategies to penetrate key SEA markets and uncover new opportunities in both developed and emerging financial hubs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Build a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives, within targeted accounts.
• Partner with internal teams, including product, pre-sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of solutions.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and build networks.

Skills and experience required

• Deep knowledge of the FSI industry, including the challenges and opportunities in automation, RPA, and digital transformation.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to craft compelling value propositions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior decision-makers.
• Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle and close high-value deals.

Team Introduction

Finance BP - TikTok and TNS is a sub-department of Finance. You will be empowered to be the key contributor to ByteDance's continuing success. This role is based out of our Singapore office supporting APAC region with a focus on South East Asia primarily. The finance business partner team aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and act as a strategic partner to the content partnership, operations, and marketing functions teams globally.
• Work closely with the business team and strategy team, provide optimized financial solutions or advice to support business decisions.
• Prepare managerial financial reports and rolling forecasts, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis to ensure that the planning process provides an efficient and effective tool for the leadership team.
• Provide financial models, analysis and support for commercial strategies.
• Manage the development and execution of the financial plan for the company.
• Complete the cost / benefit analysis and communicate key drivers / inputs to support business decisions.
• Conduct budget control, involve in business operations and review project applications.
• Build and optimize financial processes, related systems and financial modeling to improve efficiency and control business risk.
• Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis.
• Approximately 30% of travel is required for this role across South East Asia; mainly travelling to Indonesia / Thailand / Vietnam to work with stakeholders based in these countries.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering or related strategic finance experience.
• Experience from fortune 500 global companies with past experience collaborating across global timezones as the role requires collaboration with global business / finance teams across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
• Regional (multiple countries in APAC) marketing and social media-related content financial management and strategic partner experience are necessary as this finance business partner is responsible for the regional marketing and content team.
• CPA or CFA or CMA qualification is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Media, high growth tech start-up experience and advertising experience preferred.
• Social media product financial management experience is preferred.
• Management consulting background is preferred.
• Excellent data analytics skills including proficiency with SQL preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
• MBA qualification preferred.

• Assist in defining the business problem and the business solution in line with appropriate best practice, governance standards and methodologies
• Exposure to agile ways of working
• A good understanding of service oriented architecture, including concepts around API, Micro-Services etc. is highly desirable

Job Duties:

• Execute strategicplans for products to drive sales and gain market share
