Job Description:

As a Event Executive, you will be integral to the successful execution of multiple projects. This role blends project management, client servicing, and operational responsibilities, offering exposure to a wide range of clients and industries.

Job Scope:

Project Management:

• Oversee end-to-end project execution with guidance from managers, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Develop project schedules, track progress, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Client Servicing:

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries promptly.

Event Operations:

• Supervise day-to-day execution of campaigns and events, coordinating all stages from planning to post-event reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting during live events.

Logistics Coordination:

• Manage all logistical aspects, including venue bookings, inventory management, and on-site setups for both BTL events and digital activations.
• Ensure all components align with client objectives.

Vendor Management:

• Build strong relationships with external vendors, manage bookings, and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and invoice processing for external suppliers.

Internal Collaboration:

• Liaise with internal teams, including creative, production, and digital partners, to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.

Presentation Development:

• Support in creating pitch proposals, event recaps, and other client-facing presentations using PowerPoint.

Requirement:

• 2-3 years of experience in account servicing, project coordination, or events management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Educational background in events management, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and managing consumer events.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environments and handle high-pressure situations.
• Self-motivated, efficient, and passionate about events.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our expansion plan through new customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be acquiring new F&B customers for offsite centralised dishwashing. You will also be responsible for a new sector – Facility Management, especially in the areas of Premise/Office Cleaning. You will need to be able to quickly acquire new customers, direct operations, and ensure a fast-growing sales revenue pipeline.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Able to bring in sales/customers in a very short period. Achieve fast growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to grow the FM/Cleaning sector.

Qualifications:
